This image is very powerful as this is a stereotypical idea that media thinks of when they think of teenage boys. They think of gangs and drugs are related to teenage boys. the picture clearly shows that as it is a long shot and you can see them all cuddled up connoting group of something which in a more stereotypical idea would be a gang.
