Cinematography blog tasks

There is many different shots used in the scene such as long shot, medium shot and many other different shots. There is tracking shot used in this opening scene this gives the effect that the audience is there with the characters. This makes the whole scene look more realistic and believable for the audience that is watching this scene. The setting which is shown by the use of a long shot is a very western setting and unusual as there are people walking around wearing skeleton mask. What this does is it builds up the mystery in the audiences head and they start to think.

The camera work done by the director is very well done as the movement such as the tracking shot makes the audience feel welcome in the scene. 

This shot is a medium long shot. The way the protagonist is sitting down shows he might be distressed of something. Which makes the audience feel pity towards the protagonist.

 

This is a medium long shot. The protagonist is looking suspicious of something which is suggested by the protagonists body language. 











This is a medium close up shot. It has 2 characters in the shot. One of the characters look like he is ready to murder the one laying down.











This is a medium shot. The body language suggests the genre could be a narrative. This conveys the guy that is being held back is in danger of something.
